Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and range from €4.79 + taxes.
We have contracted several courier companies for the rapid distribution of our cavas and wines throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are typically delivered within 24/48 business hours, although this timeframe depends on the availability of the courier company.
For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, please contact us to coordinate shipping options.
In case of absence, the courier will leave or send a notification to your phone/email with a phone number to coordinate, if possible, a second delivery attempt or to collect the package from their warehouses.

Returns are not accepted.
If any bottle has a problem, such as TCA (cork disease), or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us and we will replace it or refund the amount to the same payment method you used to place the order.
We guarantee that all our products arrive at your home in perfect condition and without breakage.
Important: Do not accept the package if you notice any abnormality in the box and return it immediately to the carrier, noting the incident on the delivery note.
