The family

Documented since 1186, the thousand-year-old Masia Puigmoltó estate has been home to generations dedicated to farming the land. Inspired by Emendis, the first woman on record at the estate, two generations of the Vallès family have come together to realize a dream: our own wine project.

Since 2006, we have worked passionately to transform the historic farmhouse into what it is today: a place where tradition meets modernity and where every bottle tells a story. This is our life’s work, and we are delighted to be able to share it with you.

Salvador

Salvador Vallès’ childhood dream was always to make cava. Today, he is the heart and soul of it all: the restless mind, the tireless driving force, passion personified. He is our pillar and the energy that drives every step we take.

Cecilia

Next to him is Cecilia, the project’s CEO. She is precision, sensitivity, and reason. She has a unique instinct, not only for wine, but also for detecting what is needed at any given moment.

Marta

Then comes the second generation: Marta, his daughter, and Rafa, her husband. Marta is pure creativity, authentic communication, emotion, and connection.

Rafa

Rafa is structure, balance, and vision with his feet firmly on the ground. Together, they form a perfect pairing to continue building Emendis’ legacy with a youthful outlook.
