CABRÓ BLANC

Tasting Notes:
Lemon yellow in colour with greenish highlights, it has good intensity on the nose, with prominent aromas of fleshy fruits (pear and peach) and fresh notes of rosemary and lavender. On the palate, it is fresh, acidic and slightly fleshy. Just the way it is, it’s to die for.
CABRÓ NEGRE

Tasting Notes:
Deep cherry red in colour, it has an aroma of fresh red berries with hints of chocolate and pepper. On the palate, it is smooth, with spices standing out against a backdrop of red berries. Blah, blah, blah, come on… it’s crazy.
CABRÓ CAVA BRUT NATURE

Tasting Notes:
It has a brilliant golden colour with greenish hues and a string of fine bubbles. Floral and citrus fruit aromas emerge on the nose with subtle yeast notes; on the palate, it has good acidity and a balanced finish. To the point, bubbles of the gods.
THE MOTIVATION
Cabró was born in the Puigmoltó farmhouse, its name a combination of the elevation of the land and the male sheep. Unashamedly easy, it finds its way into every home: it doesn’t matter if it’s for the veteran who insists that a glass a day is good for the heart, or for those who don’t care whether they drink from a fine crystal glass or a festival glass. The brainchild of the Emendis winery, Cabró brings to life wines and cavas designed to be enjoyed without prejudice, with intensity and authenticity, just like life itself. It is an unapologetic tribute to what really matters: living and toasting without filters.
